1,200 cubic yards of concrete

General contractor: KTK General Contracting
J.O.B. Concrete scope: Site concrete for a new QuikTrip in Aurora: 1,200 cubic yards across paving, curb and gutter, fuel islands, canopy column footings, grade beams, light bases, bollards, trash enclosure, and the store floor slab. Poured October 2025 through spring 2026, through winter conditions.

J.O.B. Concrete scope: Drop-off area paving, sidewalks, and concrete seating walls for the renovated student drop-off and playground.
By others: Playground surfacing, turf, fencing, shade structures, and playground equipment by others.

4,200 cubic yards of concrete

General contractor: KTK General Contracting
J.O.B. Concrete scope: Our first QuikTrip, and the larger of the two: 4,200 cubic yards of paving, curb and gutter, fuel islands, canopy column footings, grade beams, light bases, bollards, trash enclosure, and floor slab, completed 2023.

J.O.B. Concrete scope: Concrete memorial bench and plaque pad at the fire station on Denver International Airport property, home to a steel beam from the World Trade Center.
By others: Steel beam, plaque, and landscaping by others.

J.O.B. Concrete scope: Site concrete for a multifamily community: curb and gutter, concrete pans, sidewalks, and ADA ramps with truncated domes.

J.O.B. Concrete scope: Site concrete: about 7,900 square feet of sidewalks, a 95-foot concrete seat wall and footing, mow bands, shade shelter footings, and concrete at the mechanical trench.

J.O.B. Concrete scope: Foundations, 4,660 square feet of slab on grade, curb and gutter, concrete paving, sidewalks, ADA ramps, drain pans, right-of-way concrete, light pole bases, and trash enclosure.
